The Mineralienhotel was born from the lifelong passion of Markus Klement, whose childhood fascination with minerals in the mountains of Natz grew into a collection of more than 1,500 specimens from 50 countries.
At the Mineralienhotel, cuisine is more than food – it’s part of the experience. Our kitchen, combines regional authenticity with a refined touch, creating meals that feel both rooted in tradition and delightfully modern.
