Hygienic measures
The regular supply of fresh air, professional disinfection and thorough cleaning several times a day take into account regional and national health and hygiene regulations. Several disinfection zones are established in the building, to ensure cleanliness with regard to your sense of security.
All bookings for 2021 can now be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Hygienic measures:
- Employee training on the increased hygiene regulations.
- Daily ventilation process and cleaning of all interior rooms with the use of fresh cleaning utensils.
- Use of gloves and face masks by the staff.
- Disinfection with certified cleaning agents before each arrival.
- Lift buttons, door handles, window sills, etc. are considered sensitive touch points and are therefore disinfected several times a day with professional cleaning agents.
- Professional cleaning of hotel and room linen by washing at 90°C.
- Personal hand hygiene: You will find disinfectants in various places in the hotel.
- We reliably ensure that the distance rules are observed in the hotel. If these cannot be observed, then we ask our guests to wear a mask in the sense of maximum safety and to wear it in accordance with the rules.
